WJ Vastgoed and Reek buy Stadsring 201 Amersfoort

Reek Real Estate Investments, in partnership with WJ Vastgoed, has purchased the office building at 201 Stadsring in Amersfoort from a joint venture managed by Round Hill Capital.

Reek and WJ Realty are real estate developers with a focus on housing. The Amerspoort office building is located on City Ring 201 and is a gateway to the old town of Amersfoort. The building was built in 1988 and has a total area of 4,681 m2 with 79 parking spaces. The purchase price of the building was not disclosed; it is the sale of shares of a company. The buyer plans to develop the building into housing.

Legal guidance on behalf of the buyer was provided by Bunders Lok Advocaten and Hartman LMH and commercial guidance by Investables and Jorrvast Group. Legal counsel for the seller was provided by Loyens & Loeff and commercial counsel by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Advisors.
