SynVest buys in Dedemsvaart
SynVest Dutch Real Estate Fund has acquired an industrial space of over 7,700 m2 at Galileistraat 5 in Dedemsvaart.
The property has been leased long-term to the company Hakvoort, which specializes in developing innovative sustainable lighting solutions. The building consists of 7,381 m2 of which 322 m2 is office. The investment manager involved from SynVest is Patrick Oudshoorn. SynVest was advised by Investables.
