Snapdragon buys Cruquiuswerf office
Midvast has sold an office building on Cruquiusweg in Amsterdam to investor Snapdragon. The newly built complex is part of the large-scale development Cruquiuswerf in Amsterdam East.

The building consists of six floors with a total leasable floor area of 1,789 m2 and has six parking spaces. the office building offers space for creative activity, among other things.
Midvast deals with transformations, redevelopments and new construction. Midvast develops both for its own portfolio and for third parties. Snapdragon is a flower bulb and plant exporter that also invests in Dutch real estate. The buyer will begin offering the spaces for rent.
