‘s-Gravendeel apartment complex to private investor
- All categories, Transaction
The apartment complex was built in 2005 as a library but was transformed in 2020 into 8 “high-end” apartments and 14 parking spaces. The building is completely gasless and heating is controlled by a heat pump. There are also 50 solar panels located on the roof. Partly because of this, all apartments have an energy label A +++.
The seller was advised by EQ Real Estate, and the buyer was assisted by Van Zanten Real Estate Advisors and Investables.
