LOCUS Real Estate Development is the new developer of a sprawling land position in Beilen, province of Drenthe.
A group of investors recently acquired this more than 7 acres of land from Achmea Real Estate. It involves 4 cadastral parcels of agricultural land, along with a residential farmhouse and several outbuildings.
LOCUS will now explore the development possibilities of this area. They are determined to find innovative and sustainable solutions that both add value to the region and respect the unique characteristics of Beilen’s landscape and community.
