Who are we?

Investables is a young organization founded in 2022 by Rick and Timo. Both have extensive experience in the world of real estate investment. Investables is a boutique firm based in Amsterdam and exclusively serves professional real estate investors and owners. Focus is on buying and selling investment properties and development sites throughout the Netherlands. We also provide strategic advisory and consulting work for a number of regular clients.

What will you do?

As an intern at Investables, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of real estate transactions. You will work with our experienced team to gain valuable commercial real estate knowledge. Your key responsibilities include:

• Acquire investments and development sites;
• Assist in the preparation of real estate presentations and marketing materials;
• Accompany clients during viewings and tours;
• Assist with negotiations and contracts;
• Contribute to the development of real estate strategies and investment analyses;
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven college or university student (preferably economics or real estate related) with the following attributes:

• Interest in real estate: You have an affinity for the real estate industry and would like to learn more about buying and selling processes;
• Good communication skills: You are able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally;
• Self-motivated: You have a strong sense of responsibility and are able to work independently.
