Ekrea Vastgoed recently purchased two residential/retail properties from a private investor. The properties are located in Beverwijk and Bergen op Zoom. In both cases, the upstairs apartment is not actively in use. In time, Ekrea Vastgoed will add residential space, creating value in the properties.
The store in Beverwijk is located at Breestraat 80 and has been leased long-term to the SNS bank. The store in Bergen op Zoom is located at Wouwsestraat 32 and has been leased long-term to Hans Anders.
