Ekrea Vastgoed acquires light industrial in Etten-Leur

Ekrea Vastgoed recently acquired an industrial hall of 3,059 m² LFA through a sale-and-lease-back.
The business complex is located at Pauvreweg 11 in Etten-Leur and is part of business park Vosdonk-Zuid. The complex involves a former machine factory and is occupied by a packaging specialist. Immediately adjacent to the business complex is another building plot of approximately 2,000 m².
