DUMA Investment buys office building Zwijndrecht

Rijsenhout-based DUMA Investment recently acquired a leased office building from Capricorn Capital Group’s portfolio.
The independent office building of 2,193 m² LFA is located at the entrance of business park Develpoort in Zwijndrecht.
Duma Investment is a young independent real estate company that is active throughout the Netherlands – but mainly in the West of the Netherlands – in the field of purchase and sale, rental and (re)development of real estate.
The sale was structured on behalf of the owner by Square Asset Management. The buyer was advised by VeluVest and Investables.
